SwiftCallback is a versatile widget that integrates seamlessly with Bitrix24, allowing businesses to automatically create leads after each call. This integration not only stores the call recording but also tracks the source from which the client originated, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, or TikTok. This provides valuable insights for businesses to optimize their marketing efforts and streamline their customer relationship management process.

We offer 3 packages to suit different business needs: STARTERS (999 MDL), PROFESSIONAL (1599 MDL), and PREMIUM (2599 MDL). The STARTERS package includes 3 call agents, 100 minutes, 70 SMS, call scheduling, and email notifications. The PROFESSIONAL and PREMIUM packages add more features like increased call agents, more minutes, call recording, custom SMS options, advanced statistics dashboards, and longer call recording histories, with PREMIUM offering IP blocking and chat statistics as well.

The installation of SwiftCallback with Bitrix24 is quite simple and involves a few key steps:

Generating the unique SwiftCallback key: In the SwiftCallback platform, go to the settings section and generate a unique key for your website. This key will allow direct integration with Bitrix24.
Adding the key to Bitrix24: After generating the key, access Bitrix24 and enter it into the integration module to connect SwiftCallback with your Bitrix24 account.
Connecting the phone number: In SwiftCallback, associate the phone number used for receiving calls with the Bitrix24 users who will be responsible for managing the leads.
Lead creation: Once these steps are completed, SwiftCallback will automatically create leads in Bitrix24 after each call. These leads will include the call recording and the source from where the customer came (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok).

By following these simple steps, the integration between SwiftCallback and Bitrix24 will enable efficient management of calls and leads within your team.
